FREE DELIVERY within Australia for orders over $140.

Orders placed in sale periods (such as Black Friday) may experience a delay due to high quantity of sales and extra pressure on the warehouse team. Please note, orders made outside the sale period are ineligible for the sale price.

DISPATCH AND SHIPPING TIMELINES

Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse team to pick and pack your order. Shipping time frames are in addition to this processing time.

Our warehouse is located in Melbourne, so delivery times may vary according to your location.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

All full priced items are sent via Startrack Express or Australia Post Express (free of charge for AU customers).

For orders under $140 you may select Express for $15.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping rate in Australia is $10 for orders under $140.

All packages within Australia are delivered via Australia Post or Startrack Express. If there is no one present to accept your delivery, Australia Post will leave a notice advising that your parcel will be retrievable from a nearby depot (or as indicated on the undeliverable notice).

Please note, all PO Box addresses will be sent via Australia Post eParcel.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Please be careful to check all billing and shipping information before an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly and changes are unable to be made once they've been received.  This also includes changing styles, colours and/or sizes.

LATE DELIVERIES

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following: Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.

We do our best to ensure orders are delivered within reasonable time frames, but please keep in mind these are estimates provided by our carriers and on rare occasions, your order may arrive outside this window.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may choose their carrier - either DHL or Auspost International. DHL is generally more expensive but faster, but variable depending on the destination. ETAs calculated at checkout.

We apologise to our American customers but we have closed our US Store. The good news is we will be opening shipping to the USA from our main online store soon!

Any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the checkout.
